There is a substantial population of candidates in the Commerce and Arts stream. However; they do not have any common testing option ahead. NAT- UG serves as a perfect medium for them. With the growing popularity of BBA, BCA, BSc. (HM) etc. programmes and lack of any standardised testing system; NAT- UG tends to set itself as the leader in the system to serve this large segment of society at very affordable price structure at the National level.

NAT-PG : NAT- Post graduate test is administered for candidates at the 10+2+3 levels. Though there are tests for MBA/ PGDM programmes like CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA & JMET; there is however no test for allied programmes. The aspiring candidates tend to explore various other options inspite of appearing for Management tests. Hence; NAT -PG serves to prepare a listing at the PG levels for Institutions and candidates. Apart from serving all the benefits of a Common Entrance Test; it also provides another medium for the candidates to prove their merit. It also allows them to have a standby score whereever they may fail to appear for a test or otherwise.Examsavvyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02329946083779702875noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19090002308588415.post-31579964303269786302010-10-31T05:48:00.001-07:002010-10-31T05:48:55.280-07:00Objective and Scope of NATNational Aptitude Test (NAT) has been evolved under the expertise of the SAHEI to cater to the needs of the Higher Education system in India. Diverse range of requirements of various Institutions and student community has led to the formalization of National Aptitude Test (NAT). The objective of conducting the test are as under:

*
To determine a merit list for selection of candidates by the prospective Institutions at the UG and PG levels separately
*
To facilitate the attributes of a Common Entrance Test to the aspiring candidates
*
To provide a listing of Institutions seeking candidates with appropriate skills on a common platform
*
To do away with the candidates' agony of appearing for multiple entrance tests of individual institutions
*
To facilitate a common test at the national level for endorsement by the Government as a third party at Under Graduate and Post Graduate level
*
To provide a country wide, fair, transparent, valid, authenticated opportunity to candidates at a very reasonable cost
*
To make common testing popular and a standard medium
*
To provide services to Institutions for serving their entrance examination requirements
*
To offer expert, qualitaive, stat-of-the-art services across the country rather than limiting the operations in nearby areas of the Institutions
*
To allow informed choice making to the students
*
To provide a listing of candidates across the country on a common test mediumExamsavvyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02329946083779702875noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19090002308588415.post-68576139127182294352010-10-31T05:45:00.000-07:002010-10-31T05:45:59.544-07:00National Aptitude TestNational Aptitude Test (NAT) is an All India Level Common Entrance Test administered under the aegis of SRDE's Association of Higher Education Institutions(SAHEI), Delhi.
